Order of Business for Inaugural Meeting of the Armadillo Park Neighborhood Association Sunday, October 26, 2014 2:30 p.m.

From 2:30-3:00 residents of the proposed NA area will sign in and verify residency.  Residents will also have access to proposed bylaws including officer descriptions and the opportunity to indicate neighborhood interests and priorities.  The meeting will be officially called to order promptly at 3:00 p.m.

         A. Steering Committee Chair
         B. Credentials Committee Chair verifying voting eligibility
 
4. Appointment of Temporary Chair and Temporary Secretary
 
5. New Business
        A. Vote to adopt bylaws establishing APNA-requires approval of 60% of those attending who are eligible to vote
        B. Election of Officers-nominations from the floor (no second required), each nominee will have an opportunity to briefly address the group, election by secret ballot, offices elected in the following order:
             1. President
             2. First Vice-President
             3. Second Vice-President
             4. Secretary
             5. Treasurer
 
6. Announcements-including date, time, and place of next meeting
 
7. Adjourn
